I agree with you that in every technical sense part 2 is better, but I personally think the development of the relationship between Joel and Ellie was more compelling than any of the character dynamics in part 2.Ģ moments in the first game really stick with me, When Joel first trusts Ellie with a gun, and the end of the winter chapter when Ellie and Joel are reunited. Given what you're saying right before it, I assume you meant to say that everything in TLoU2 is superior to TLoU, cause as you have it written you're saying part 1 is better in every way.
